I currently have Cingular (AT%26T) and there is a phone that I would like to get (Pocket PC 8125), but my contract will not allow me to upgrade right now and I don%26#39;t want to buy it from them for $300+. If I purchase the cell phone from someone on Ebay who already has Cingular/AT%26T service am I ok to just pop in my SIM card and go? Does anyone know where I can get a Pocket PC 8125 for a decent price?

if the phone u want is already a cingulast or att fone then all u hav to do is put in the sim card and ur gud to go
