I tried to send my brother a pic through Bluetooth and "Transission Failed" came up. What does it mean and how can I fix it?

could it be transmission? ... remember that in bluetooth theres a certain range in sending sms/mms . then probably that your brothers bluetooth phone is not activated? it means that it didn%26#39;t send right turn both phones off then on then try again may be you exceeded the allowed range(10 m) or the other cell phone you send data to has insufficient memory
