Okay i dropped my phone in the water today and it will not work if i put my battery in it acts weird

my friends told me if i let the battery dry it will work what should i do

try a hairdryer on your phone and just leave your battery for a few days to dry. then try it again. if it doesnt work then i think it has rang its last ring! more than likely your phone is toast you need to contact your provider and let them know hopefully you had ins. on your phone and if you did they will send you a replacement if you didnt you have to buy a new one, So Sorry

GL You%26#39;re likely out of luck with that particular phone. In some instances, if you take the battery and any accessories out of the back and let it air out, you may regain some functionality as normal...but don%26#39;t get your hopes too high. I have heard of two things to do a x phone rep told me to put it in the oven at about 200 degreess for about a hour.. and then another told me to use a hair dryer on my phone. Look on the inside behind your battery and see if there is a pink (or another color) dot if there is remove it that is there to see if you try and return it and have dropped it in water it changes colors and they know its been wet. some have them some don%26#39;t. good luck!!
