Any cell phone repair shop, they generally have lots of extras laying around. Problem is they are pretty up on cell phones and they sell phones at high prices to make a profit. So the higher end phones will be more expensive but the lower end phones will be fairly inexpensive (supply and demand) overall chances are slim you will find something with an mp3 under $100 but its worth a shot, plus you might be able to talk them down in price a bit. Also be careful, ask about there return policy! If your not happy, you probably won%26#39;t be able to get a refund, ask specific questions make sure it works on your carrier, make sure if it has an mp3 player that it also has expandable memory, because an mp3 playing phone is pretty useless if it only holds 3 songs at a time... tesco seem to have a big choice now and I heard asda were entering into mobile selling but haven%26#39;t been to one of those stores for a while
