Order status from sprint..?

I ordered a phone and new activation online on monday the 18th, it read that with that I would recieve free overnight delivery. It is now thursdayt the 21st, I have yet to recieve the phone, and they have yet to charge my bank account, and yes I have plenty of funds. And yes I have an order number and everything, everytime I contact them there system is down and cannot check my status or I am on hold for 10 minutes before I hang up. Can anyone tell when I might get it or what should I do?

what phone did u get? they may be out of stock, if so it takes a couple days till they get more.
