my phone ringtones will not play when i try to play them (or when somebody calls) but my alert sounds (like text messaging sounds that are NOT ringtones) do work. the verizon ringtones will not even work. it also does not work when i go to shop for ringtones or try to watch the news or videos on demand.
i have the verizon enV if that helps.
