I got this phone from the lost and found at my work and is there anyway to switch my number to it if they blocked it? Can I go to sprint and see if they can do anything or no?
And if they can%26#39;t isn%26#39;t that kind of a waste of a good phone? lol
Answer:
If it was lost, most likely the person who owns it reported as lost or stolen. If that%26#39;s the case, the carrier would%26#39;ve blocked the phone from being activated to anyone else.
Your best bet would be to call up the service provider and give them the ESN so they can track down the owner.
It%26#39;s not your phone. if it was a cingular treo you could use it for cingular but verizon and sprint use ESN codes so most likely you wont be able to use it due to probibly it was reported lost but call sprint and try it never hurts to try
