On MyFaves, can people with a different network than T-Mobile be on your Fave List?

For example, if I had a friend who has Verizon, could they be one of my MyFaves?

And is MyFaves worth about 10 extra bucks a month?

Yup. It can even be a land line phone. It is worth it.You can change the 5 people once a month so its somewhat flexible. It is definately worth it.I used to always come close to going over minutes, now its never a problem. Yup, its any number from any network.
