I know Cingular offers rollover minutes.but it seems like they would make no money if they made their go phones have rollover minutes..So I%26#39;m not sure if they offer it on go phones. All I want is the best phone and the cheapest minutes.Anyone have any suggestions?

I have a tracfone... the minutes rollover also..
I never had a dropped call.. and I find their pricing reasonable. I use Virgin Mobile. They have lots of different plans. Two of my co-workers use Virgin Mobile as well. All of us are satisfied with the service so far.
