Phone help.?

my hubbys mobile is playing up, when he misses a call there%26#39;s never a number left. it always says %26#39;no number %26#39; so he doesnt know whose rang him, so he rings a few ppl to see if it was them. help. we%26#39;ve tried the sim card in different phones and it still doesnt work.? please help

Most of the times like this you should try calling up the phone company,and tell them your problem.Also the problem could be because it is an older phone.That once happened to my mothers phone.Also ask him if ever when hes talking on the phone to someone if he hears fuzzy sounds.That indicates a bad signal/or an old phone.Old phones are about 2-3 years old.HOPE THIS HELPS.Oh and also you can try to go on the internet site of the phone company and ask the question there, but i dont reccomend that, just call them up! No number often means restrictive number. %26#39;No number%26#39; usually means it is either a business ringing who have withheld the number or that it is someone ringing who is ex-directory. might by another lady who is phoning him, that has turned her number off so you cant track her. check his text, call reg and everything else. its not playing up its just business picking you out at random trying to sell you something. besides if it were one of his friends why would they not display their number? and im sure they would leave a message. dont fret about it hes not missing out, in fact i think he would be very annoyed if he did answer the calls.
