Phones4u after sales service sucks. My friend sent his K800 for repairs, and after one month they carged a freakin ￡17 for delivery and sent the phone back in much worse condition than it went in and said it was in-repairable. And every time he went to the phones4u shop to inquire about the phone, the sales assistants replied so rudely i wanted to smack them in the face. only on contracts if its PAYG then theres no problem No, I know lots of my friends at the age of 12 went and broght them at well over ￡100.
