not true jersey girl depends, on where u live n terms n condition i got my old ngage qd repaired for free..
just say the screen was broken before u got it..i told em my housing just cracked open, so they got me a new housing you should be able to if you have a warranty. if you have a warranty, then you pay $50 and get a new one. otherwise, see if they have a refurbished phone. chances are that YOU broke the screen, it%26#39;s not a manufacturers problem. ask verizon.
