Ive had an N73 since December it%26#39;s now taking 4 minutes to send a text message thats if the phone doesn%26#39;t freeze switch itself off. I haven%26#39;t bought a memory card because theres not a lot on memory i keep deleting messages, log, call register and timings. Does anyone know how to speed my phone up ? Thank you in advanced for any help.

You can get a sms accelarator to speed up sending texts messages. The N73 would be a good phone if it wasnt for clunky software, its prone to freezing, and reboots itself on occasions, its very unstable, especially when you try to access the gallery for pics stored on a memory card, its just freezes completely. Theres actually a known problem with all the nseries nokia software. i have one of these and let me tell you its the worst phone ive ever had, i dont know if this has happened to you but every now and then it just completely dumps its memory and deletes the call register.
i personally think they have tried to cram too much into this phone and thats why its being a nightmare now. the only thing to do is take it in to a phone shop. or get another phone. sorry take it in a service shop and change the soft.or take it from internet I agree with francis, Nokia and all the phone manufacturers have hit a brick wall because they seem to think the most funtions on a phone, the better it is.
The problem lies in the processing power in the same way a pc struggles if the hard drive is full making it so slow to create the simplest text or make the smallest adjustment.
