It really depends on where you are. I know that in most of ohio and parts of flordia have prepaid phones that offer unlimited mins all the time in ohio it%26#39;s $37 a month pay as you go, not sure about the price for flordia. just look up prepaid phones and you should be able to put in a zip code to check. take care With Cingular there is a plain called pick your plain its like prepaid but it comes out of your checking account or a crieted card once a month they have a plan that is 69.99 a month and you can add a text messaging bundle with that if you like. Hope this helps
