Well I have a razr but it%26#39;s not the pre-paid phone to make pre-paid does it need a pre-paid SIM or does the cellphone have to br=e pre paid. and how much is per minute in Cingular. if you can answer this question thank you. oh and how much do you have to [ay to activate a pre-paid account. :)

yes you will need a prepaid sim card the best thing to do is taking into the cingular store the cheapest pre-paid card they offer is a 15$ card i think it give you like 150mins and there like a $25 activation fee that inclu.mins to get you started. I just changed to Cingular pre-paid. I had to get a new phone and get a new phone number. The phone is $89. You can either pay $1.00 per day in which you make a call plus $ .10 a minute OR $.25 a minute. I got the $100 card. The card number is punched in the phone. The physical card doesn%26#39;t do anything. I can use those 400 minutes anytime in the next 12 months. They also have 30 and I think 90, but the minutes cannot be carried over. There%26#39;s no activation charge or cancellation charge.
