My SBC local telephone service provide call screen, but it is only available to block local area in-land numbers, which is pretty useless. i am looking for a service that is able to block cellphone, 1800, out-of-area code, 415, 719. etc. numbers. my local area code is 619, San Diego. PLEASE HELP HELP!
