I have 23p credit on my phone, but when I text, it doesn%26#39;t charge and I have no 5 Day Pass or anything, it just stays saying 23p and my monitoring allowance goes down, it was ￡4, it%26#39;s now ￡2.40. Why is it charging that and not my actual credit and what is it? Does anyone know?

sounds like you have the 20% topup reward which means every month you get bac 20% of all topup put on the phone during the month as long as its over ￡20 this will mean you can sends sms and make calls without using your topup till the reward has run out you get this every month when you topup over ￡20 so keep on using it and enjoy I haven%26#39;t a clue, but if it were me, i would carry on using it, and use it all up, something for nothing you might say, "hope you text forever". fone customer services.
