My razor froze so i took the battery out to reboot it and what i turned it back on it would get to the verizon screen then flsh white then go back to the verizon screen. I took the battery out again and now after the first time it flashes it comes up to this motorola screen and at the bottom it aoys bootloader usb init. when i press the off button while on this motorola screen it says power key reset and flashes white goes to the verizon screen and the whole cycle starts again. This tells me that the phone isn%26#39;t broken, but how do i get it back to normal, so it will boot up all the way.

I actually posted a similar question on here earlier about MY Razr! Mine would go to the home screen but none of the buttons would work. When I took it to the TMobile store, the guy said that because he could not actually get into the phone there was nothing he could do. So if yours isn%26#39;t loading all the way and letting you get to the main screen there my be nothing you can do but get a new phone. :( That%26#39;s unfortunately what I%26#39;m going to have to do. But I know how you feel without a working phone! It%26#39;s almost like driving without your seatbelt! Sorry!
P.S. - Verizon maybe able to do more for you than TMobile did for me.. Just run it by a local store. sounds like a factory defect..take it to your verizon store, they%26#39;ll replace your phone for free as long as you havent voided the factory warranty, and you havent done anything to cuase the problem i%26#39;m not sure, call customer service. they always walk me through any problems i%26#39;m having with my cell it seems factory defect .plz get replaced it
