I just bought a Chocolate, and tried to connect it to my computer via USB. It says the device is not recognized. Now I installed the software, and each time I tell it to connect, it times out. I%26#39;ve changed the ports (Comm1 or Comm2) and I changed the Baud rate, but it doesn%26#39;t seem to work. Always times out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take it the the Verizon store they have to load a software update to the phone.
This is the worst phone made in the country right now. I worked for Verizon and ther wer so many people that had nothing but problems with this phone. No one had a good comment on the phone.
