Ok I have the Strawberry(Pink) Chocolate Phone from Verizon Wireless. Yes I know awful phone. Anyway what%26#39;s wrong with my phone? It won%26#39;t let me load my pictures. When i click to see my pictures it freezes on the "Pix Loading" screen, so i have to take the battery out to reset it. Whats wrong with my phone? Will I have to get a new phone.?

No, seriously... take it to the Verizon store, they%26#39;ll probably have to hook u up wit a new 1. Idk, my Strawberry Chocolate Phone doen%26#39;t do that. It just takes a long time to load my pics. Take it back to the store, show them the prob., and exchange it. That simple c[: maybe your phone can%26#39;t support the picture file... well if the problem turns out to be a software problem, you should be able to get like a new installation CD or a new USB cable cord... however if the problems turns out to be a phone related problem, then yes you might have to get one.
I would say if you have a lot of music on there and a lot of pictures then yes it will freeze up since it%26#39;s trying to run with so much on it..
but if you don%26#39;t, I%26#39;d take it into Verizon and say "hey I have a problem, can you check it out, and see what%26#39;s wrong"
and they should be able to tell you what%26#39;s wrong..
if not then yeah you might have to get a new phone..
