Prepaid, text message + email, .cell phone?

I HAVE A CINGULAR FOR A TRIAL PERIOD, IT IS A PHONE, IT DOES TEXT MESSAGING BUT WILL ALSO DO EMAIL WHICH IS WHAT I WANT. AS USUAL THERE ARE THE MONTHLY FEES AND THE TWO YEAR CONTRACT.

I AM USED TO A PREPAID CELL PHONE. IS THERE A PREPAID PHONE THAT WILL DO TEXT MESSAGING/ EMAIL? EMAIL IS WHAT I AM INTERESTING IN. WHAT LOCAL OFFICE OR COMPANY MIGHT HAVE IT. CAN IT BE PURCHASED OVER THE INTERNET? THANKS SO MUCH. TOM M.

Pretty sure there is only Blackberry%26#39;s and Smartphones that are capable of doing email.

I don%26#39;t think you can get a prepaid phone that can do emailing, but I%26#39;m not 100% positive. Texting on the other hand is a yes. I don%26#39;t know of one that will work with Cingular.

But, T-Mobile does offer a Sidekick 3 as prepaid.

The phone is $399.99.

Also, on the prepaid plan, unlimited text, IMing, Email. 15 cents a minute to talk. And $1 a day to use.
