We live overseas and only spend about 3 weeks per year in the US. During our time, we visit a number of different states and need to keep in touch with people throughout the US. We would like to buy a prepaid cell phone. Which plan would be best?
Answer:
Currently T-Mobile has this FREE PHONE with FREE PREPAID REFILL CARD after rebates.

Since u%26#39;re not in the US. It%26#39;s better to have your friends/relatives in the US to fill out the rebate form for you.
http://bensbargains.net/link.php?threadi... Most stores, particularly Best Buy and Circuit City would offer Virgin Mobile plans. Don%26#39;t know if t-mobile or cingular offers pre-paid plans. Tmobile is awesome! I work for them.. The important thing is to have coverage. Plus, if you have a phone already, make sure it is unlocked (so you can use another provider%26#39;s sim in it) and you can use the tmobile sim in the phone. No need to buy a new phone! We have prepaid plans. Check out the website!
