i have just been given a moby off my friend, she took her vodafone sim out and i got a new vodafone sim but it keeps saying enter unlock code. i dont know what to do. i have contacted vodafone but have yet to hear back from them.

What make and model of phone is it? It sounds like it may be SIM locked, which means it will only work with the one SIM until it is unlocked. If it%26#39;s quite an old phone then the chances are it is sim locked. Take the battery out of the phone and look inside for the manufacturers details, you should see a field called the IMEI, email me that number and I will have a look for you. Last four of your mobile phone # i think you need a puk number, phone the helpline of whatever tariff your on and they will be able to give you this code. give the code 12345 Don%26#39;t try and guess a lot of codes though as you will block your phone also! go to a phone shop or phone tem directly! they may be more help then!
