This printer works grat, but the only problem is that I can%26#39;t install the software of it. I have windows vista, can someboby tell me what to do and how to get it to work and install.

I had the same problem when I bought Vista this February. Do not follow the directions that came with the printer. The software disk will not work with Vista but everythng you need comes with the Vista OS. Connect your printer to your computer and turn them on...if your computer is like mine you should receive automatic instructions to follow to connect your printer to your computer. If this doesn%26#39;t work I suggest you do what I did...i spent 30 minutes on the telephone with the HP helpline...they talked me through it step by step. I know this is frustrating...almost returned my computer and printer to the store I bought them from over the inability to use my printer. Wish you the best of luck!
