On what distance does bluetooth react?

Answer:

The standard distance for Bluetooth is 30 yards. I%26#39;ve used mine slightly further than that distance.but other factors to consider are electrical appliance in the house or office that can increase interference; such things are washing machines, dryers, microwaves, radios, etc. I think its about 10 metres but it all depends on what phone you are using as to what distance you can reach up to. I know that when on a train I can get everyone in the same carrage as me and when in a pub I can get everyone in there. About 15m. The distance of a Bluetooth device is 10 metres. It is designed for short distance transfer only. Its usually 10 meters. But some handsets have 100 meter range.
