It means that the auction is open completely. Some sellers put a reserve on their items. For instance if you wanted to sell a phone on ebay, and you didn%26#39;t want to get less than $200, you would put a $200 reserve on it. That way, if the bidding only goes to $100, you don%26#39;t have to let it go that cheap. Whoever wins the bid has the option of paying whatever your reserve is, or not getting the item.
No reserve auctions are the best kind.
