My phone turns itself off after about 15 minutes. I have to turn it on again and reboot. I have checked the backlight setting (set at 1 Minute) and have the battery power and external power set to the max settings. The battery was at 70% the last time it shut itself down. Any advice or reasons why this is happening?
Answer:
1) the battery is defective
2) there is a bad connection btwn the battery and phone.
I would go to wherever you purchased the phone and either get a new one or have them fix it if it is still underneath warranty.
