My verizon razr got stolen and my plan wasnt up yet. How much would the penalty be to get a new phon

You got your phone originally for reduced cost because you signed a 2 year contract.. Not knowing exactly how many months you have had it I cannot vouch for an upgrade. No penalty to buy new phone but you will pay full price for phone unless you qualify for upgrade. If YOU added insurance to your plan (about extra 5 dollars a month) there usually a 50 or 60 dollar deductible. Yes any Verizon labeled phone, not prepaid and is 911 enabled, can replace your phone. If you get one, call Verizon and request a ESN change. Buy a slightly used one off of craigslist. Thats what i did and got a steal. I got a $360 phone for $100. And the good thing is you can meet the person and see the phone before you buy, unlike ebay. Call up the Verizon help line. There may be some sort of insurance on the phone and it could be free or you could get a credit. You definitely need to call Verizon as most people here won%26#39;t know specifically how to help. just the cost of a new phone. you may have special updates. ask them at the store.
