my screen for my phone has gone pixelated and weird. i dont know what happened all i did was i put it in my pocket the next time i took it out it was like this. i have tryed calling it to see if it has some functionality but it went straight to my answer phone. i have connected it to my computer to try and reset factory defaults and if possible backup my contacts. but for some reason the computer wont recognise it. this is intesly frustrating as i have tried to call nokia but they are closed for the weekend and i do have people to talk to and places to fo.
so now its up to you the ceqna.com public to save my beloved phone

Try a mobile phone shop,they may have seen this before and know what to do. Try taking the battery out of the phone while it is turned on . And then replace it and turn the phone back on this should reboot the phone. Good luck.
