complete the question man.enter all the details to diagnose the problem! did u buy and new one from, a dealer or an old used phone. If it is a new one pls take it back to same dealer for replacement This problem usually does not happen to new phones. I presume your phone is quite old and the only solution to this is replacement of screen.
